REFUND / RETURN POLICY

At AL SAUD, all our items are non-refundable
only exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the order is
processed, contact us at sales@alsaudtraders.co.uk. AL SAUD may cancel your
order for any reason and we will refund your full payment. Common reasons
include faulty Items, out of Stock, pricing errors, miscellaneous etc.

Quality Control Check

Dear Customers, we recheck properly all the items before sending them to you. We don’t compromise
on quality/standard. So, if the received article appears to have any defect/damage,
contact us no later than 3 days from the date the item was received, contact us
at (sales@alsaudtraders.co.uk) before returning them to us. So that we can
crosscheck If we find your claim true, then we will inform you promptly and exchange
the same article or any other (price difference may apply.)
